How do I add Judge.me or Yotpo reviews?

Answer “Does it run small, how's the fabric?” with what customers who bought the product wrote.

What changes

When a visitor asks about a specific product, its latest ten reviews are added to the assistant's answer; the model picks what fits the question (size, fabric, color). Reviews are passed through unsummarized.

  • No average rating is calculated: we only have the latest ten reviews, and their average would contradict the number on your storefront.
  • Reviews are only read for product detail questions, not for every product in a search result.
  • Unpublished reviews are never read.
  • If the provider can't be reached, the product answer is still given, just without reviews.

Only one review provider can be connected per workspace.

Judge.me

  1. Copy the private token from Judge.me → Settings → Integrations → “View API tokens”.
  2. On Integrations → Judge.me, fill in “Shop domain” (e.g. yourshop.com) and “Private API token” and press “Connect”. The connection is tested before it is saved.

Flow actions: “Create review”, “Get review”, “Get reviews”.

Yotpo

  1. Get the App Key (store id) and the access token from Yotpo → Settings → Store settings.
  2. On Integrations → Yotpo, fill in “Store ID (app key)” and “Access token” and press “Connect”.

Yotpo serves review data with roughly a three-hour delay: a freshly written review may not show up immediately.

Flow actions: “Get product rating”, “Get product reviews”.

Changing and disconnecting

These require the Owner or Admin role. Use “Update details” to change the details and “Disconnect” to remove the connection; product answers then no longer include reviews. To switch provider, remove the connected one first.
