Citizens Should Not Have to Know Which Form to Fill In
In public services the real barrier is not missing information but missing direction: people know what they want, not which department or which form. The avatar asks what they need first, then chooses the path itself.
Let's Get Started! What happens during an application
- The wrong form is filled in, the application is rejected and the process starts over.
- The same question is asked by phone again and again, keeping the switchboard busy.
- Documents arrive incomplete because it is not clear which one is needed or why.
- Older applicants, or anyone who struggles to type, cannot finish the form.
How the avatar takes the request
- 1
Asks what is needed and picks the path
The flow branches on the answer. The applicant describes the request and the avatar works out which type it is and continues down that route.
- 2
Says why each document is needed
Every document step carries its own explanation, so people know what they are uploading and why — and an application never opens with documents missing.
- 3
Lets people speak instead of typing
Typing is never required; every step can be answered by voice. The same flow runs in three languages.
- 4
Records the request
Answers, documents and the transcript land in your panel as one record, and you can see which step anyone stopped at.
What changes
- Fewer rejections and repeat applications caused by the wrong form.
- Repeat questions are answered before they reach the switchboard.
- Applicants can work through it by voice.
- You can see where an unfinished application stopped.
Frequently asked
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Flow steps can call an API endpoint, branch on the response and write the result back. The scope of that connection is your institution's decision.
Where is the collected information kept?
Answers, documents and the transcript stay in your workspace and are visible from your panel. You decide what the flow asks for and stores.
Which languages does it work in?
The interface and flows run in Turkish, English and Arabic. You do not need to build a separate form for each.
Who sets it up?
Flows are built by drag and drop in the panel, with no code. A staff member who knows the process can build one on their own.
Build your application flow
Duplicate a ready-made flow and define your own application types and document list.
