Collect and Compare Applications in One Flow
Hiring loses time in two places: collecting applications and comparing them. The avatar takes the information in conversation without gaps and extracts fields from uploaded documents; completed applications are then scored against the criteria you define.
Let's Get Started! What happens during hiring
- Candidates abandon the long form and the pool stays empty.
- CVs arrive in different shapes, so comparing them means reading by hand.
- Documents arrive in separate emails and matching them to a candidate takes time.
- The same screening questions are asked to every candidate one by one.
How the avatar runs the application
- 1
Takes the application in conversation
Experience, expectations and fit are asked step by step. The candidate answers by voice or by typing.
- 2
Extracts fields from documents
An ID, diploma or employment record is uploaded and the document step reads the fields into the form. The candidate never enters the same thing twice.
- 3
Scores the answers
When an application completes, it is scored from 0 to 100 against the criteria you defined in the flow editor, with a justification for each score and a note on how far the data could be verified.
- 4
Presents them side by side
Candidates are listed with scores, category and a document summary. Only you see the evaluation — it is never shown to the candidate.
What changes
- Applications arrive in the same shape, so comparing gets easier.
- Documents and applications live in one record.
- You can see which step an unfinished application stopped at.
- Less reading time spent on first-pass screening.
Frequently asked
Does the evaluation make the decision?
No. The scores are a first-pass ranking against criteria you defined, shown with their justification, and a person makes the decision. How far the data could be verified is flagged separately.
Does the candidate see their score?
No. The evaluation is visible only in the panel, to your team.
Which documents can it read?
The document step extracts fields from an uploaded image or PDF; whoever builds the flow decides which fields to look for.
Where is the collected data kept?
Answers, documents and the transcript stay in your workspace. You decide what the flow asks for.
Build your application flow
Duplicate the ready-made application flow, define your evaluation criteria and send the link to candidates.
