Take Quotes and Claims by Conversation
In insurance, collecting information is the job itself: vehicle, health or property details for a quote; date, place and documents for a claim. Squeezing all of that into one form loses the customer. The avatar takes the same information in order, in conversation, and notices what is missing.
Let's Get Started! What goes wrong on a quote form
- The customer does not understand why a field is being asked and abandons the form.
- Claim documents arrive through a separate channel and must be matched to the file.
- Missing fields get filled in later by phone, producing two separate records.
- The same customer starts from scratch for a different product.
How the avatar takes the report
- 1
Explains why it is asking
One question per step. The avatar can say what the information is for, so the customer knows what they are giving and why.
- 2
Takes dates, amounts and options in their own format
Dates come from a calendar, amounts from a money input, coverage options from a list. Nothing gets lost in free text.
- 3
Reads the document
A policy, registration or damage photo is uploaded; the document step extracts the fields and the flow carries on from there.
- 4
Files the record in one piece
Answers, documents and the transcript land in your panel as a single record — no assembling a file by hand.
What changes
- You can see which question an abandoned quote stopped at.
- Documents and the report arrive in the same record.
- One flow runs in three languages.
- Customers can speak or type.
Frequently asked
Do we need a separate flow per product?
Usually yes, but flows can be duplicated. Copying a flow that shares the common steps and changing the product-specific questions is the fastest route.
Can it calculate a price?
Your system does the calculation. The flow can send the collected information to your API and read the returned result back to the customer.
Can damage photos be uploaded?
Yes, the document step accepts images. If you want fields extracted from a photo, the flow defines which fields to look for.
How long does setup take?
Flows are built by drag and drop in the panel, with no code. You can start by duplicating a ready-made flow and replacing the questions with your own.
Build your quote flow
Duplicate one of the ready-made flows, write your own questions and hand the link to your customer.
