Connect your WooCommerce store

Install the plugin, pair it with a code, and the assistant starts reading products from your own store.

Steps

•In agenola, go to Integrations → WooCommerce → “Get pairing code”.

•Install and activate the agenola plugin in WordPress.

•Paste the code in the plugin screen and press Connect. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

•Once connected, your policy, shipping and refund pages are imported into the assistant's knowledge base automatically.

If it won't connect

The usual cause is that agenola cannot reach your site: a security plugin blocking the REST API, maintenance mode, or a firewall.

The plugin shows you the actual error (“site returned 403”), not “something went wrong” — that sentence tells you where to look.

Where does the data go?

Products, prices and stock are NEVER copied to agenola. They are read from your store at the moment a visitor asks and discarded when the turn ends. The only thing copied is text that changes once a year: policies, shipping and refund pages, FAQ.
