Stop Making Customers Fill In the Form
Loan applications, account opening and card requests run on long forms. The customer gives the same information twice — once in a document, once in the form — and a single missing field leaves the application waiting. A talking avatar reads the document, fills the fields itself, and leaves the customer only to confirm.
Let's Get Started! What goes wrong on a long application form
- The customer retypes what is already on the ID; a spelling difference creates correction work later.
- One missing field leaves the application hanging and the customer never comes back.
- Documents arrive through a separate channel and are matched to applications by hand.
- Customers who call the branch are asked the same questions from the start.
How the avatar takes the application
- 1
Reads the document and fills the fields
An ID, tax certificate or signature circular is uploaded and the document step extracts the fields. The customer confirms rather than types.
- 2
Collects the rest in conversation
Whatever the document does not contain, the avatar asks one question at a time. Amounts, IBANs and card numbers are taken with their own format checks.
- 3
Runs the cross-checks
The review step compares the same value coming from different documents. Where they disagree, the flow surfaces it before final confirmation.
- 4
Hands the application over as structured data
Answers, documents and check results sit in one record in your panel, with the full conversation transcript alongside.
What changes
- The same information is never asked twice, so spelling-mismatch corrections disappear.
- The panel shows which step an abandoned application stopped at.
- Documents and applications arrive in one record — no manual matching.
- The flow can connect to your own systems.
Frequently asked
Which documents can it read?
The document step extracts fields from an uploaded image or PDF; whoever builds the flow decides which fields to look for. ID cards, tax certificates, signature circulars and trade registry documents are covered in the ready-made flows.
What happens if a document cannot be read?
The flow does not carry on blindly: unreadable, incomplete or mismatched documents each get their own branch. The avatar says what happened and asks for a new upload.
Where is the data kept?
Collected fields and the conversation transcript stay in your workspace and are visible from your panel. You decide what the flow asks for and stores.
Can it connect to our existing application system?
Yes. Flow steps can call an API endpoint, branch on the response and write the result back to your system.
