How do I create records in Trello and Azure DevOps?
Create, update and move Trello cards or Azure DevOps work items from your flows.
What it gives you
These two integrations add task board steps to your flows. Support requests don't land on the board on their own: a record is created only by a step you add to the flow or by an action you turn on in the AI Assistant step's “Integrations” tab.
Connecting requires the Owner or Admin role.
Trello
- On Integrations → Trello, press “Connect to Trello” and grant access with your Trello account.
- You pick the card's board and list not on the connection page but in the Trello step of your flow.
Trello steps run as the person who connected; if they leave a board, the steps on that board stop working and someone on the team needs to reconnect. If the connection goes unused for 90 days, Trello drops the access.
Flow actions: creating, getting, updating and deleting cards; comments, attachments, labels, checklists; lists, boards and board members. Deleting and removing members need confirmation on the step.
Azure DevOps
- In Azure DevOps, create a new token under user settings → Personal access tokens. Work Items (Read & write) is scope enough; don't grant more.
- On Integrations → Azure DevOps, fill in “Organization” (you can paste the dev.azure.com URL instead), “Project”, “Work item type” and “Personal access token (PAT)” and press “Connect”.
Connecting doesn't create a work item; it only checks that the project exists. The work item type depends on your process; “Task” exists in every template and is the default. The priority field isn't written; records marked urgent get an “acil” tag instead.
Flow actions: creating, getting, updating, querying and deleting work items; adding and getting comments. “Delete work item” needs confirmation on the step.
Disconnecting
Press “Disconnect”; flow steps stop and no new records are created. You can also revoke the access you granted to Trello from your Trello account settings.
