Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes about 5 minutes of conversation, once, so you can hear the assistant answer questions about your own products before you pay.

Do you charge per conversation?

No. Every paid plan is one flat monthly fee with an allowance of conversation minutes. There is no fee per conversation or per resolution.

What happens when I reach my limit?

The assistant keeps working on a grace allowance of 20% of your monthly credits, so a conversation is never cut off midway. Overage is never charged; once the grace allowance is used up, the assistant pauses until your next billing period or an upgrade.

How are minutes counted?

Usage is measured in credits, and about 20 credits make up one minute of conversation. The minutes shown on each plan are an estimate based on that rate.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. There is no setup fee.

How am I billed if I install from the Shopify App Store?

Stores that install agenola from the Shopify App Store are billed through Shopify, on the same plans. Other stores pay by card.
