Connect your Shopify store

Install the app and the assistant reads your catalogue live through the Storefront API.

Steps

•In agenola, go to Integrations → Shopify and enter your store address.

•Approve the installation on Shopify's permission screen.

•When you come back, your assistant flow is ready and your store policies (refunds, shipping, privacy, terms of sale) are imported into the knowledge base.

My policies don't show up

If a policy field is empty in Shopify, the assistant cannot know it either. Fill in Settings → Policies in your Shopify admin, then press “Refresh store information” in agenola.
