What is a workspace?
A workspace holds everything for one business: flows, knowledge base, requests, integrations, members and plan. If you run several stores or brands, open a separate workspace for each; no data is shared between them.
Creating a new workspace
- Click the workspace switcher at the top of the menu.
- Choose “New workspace”.
- Type a name, optionally pick a business type, and continue.
The new workspace opens with sample flows. Whoever creates it is its owner.
Switching between workspaces
The workspace switcher lists every workspace you belong to, with a check mark next to the current one. When you pick one, the same section opens in that workspace.
Plan and members are per workspace
Plan, credits and member count are kept separately for each workspace. Changing one workspace's plan doesn't affect another. See plan and billing for details.
