Who can use this?

- All plans
- Roles
- Owner, Admin, Agent, Observer
The left menu
- “Flows”: the conversations your avatar has with customers. You create and edit flows and copy their share link.
- “Knowledge base”: the questions and answers and info notes your assistant answers from.
- “Requests”: requests customers left for you (a return, a call back, a complaint and so on).
- “Avatars”: built-in avatars and the ones you upload.
- “Integrations”: where you connect your store, help desk, messaging, calendar, marketing and measurement tools.
- “Tools”: your own API endpoints the assistant calls during a conversation.
- “Account” group: “Members”, “Alerts and notifications” and “Audit log”.
- “Plan”: your plan, credit usage and payment.
Top and bottom of the menu
At the top sits the workspace switcher, showing the workspace name and your role. From here you can switch to another workspace or create a new one.
At the bottom is your user menu: profile and security settings, the panel language (Turkish, English, Arabic) and log out.
What if I can't see a section?
The panel adapts to your role. Buttons you aren't allowed to use are hidden; for example “Audit log” is visible only to owners and admins. See members and roles for details.
The panel on a phone
On a phone, the menu moves to a bottom tab bar and a top bar. When Arabic is selected, the panel switches to a right-to-left layout.
