Alerts and notifications: which event goes where?

Route waiting-customer, new-request, credit and failure alerts to Slack, Teams, Telegram or email.

What it's for

It keeps you informed about important events even when the panel is closed. Open “Account” › “Alerts and notifications” from the menu. All members can see it; changing it requires the owner or admin role.

Adding a channel

  1. On the “Channels and notifications” tab, press “Add channel”.
  2. Choose the platform: Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram. Slack and Teams must first be connected on the “Integrations” page; Telegram chats are added on “Integrations” › Telegram.
  3. Pick the channel or chat from the list; a test message is sent when you add it.
  4. Tick the notifications that should go to this channel and add it.

Email notifications go to owners and admins.

Notification types

  • New support ticket
  • Unanswered question
  • Credit
  • Lost connection (when an integration's connection breaks)
  • Tool failure
  • Integration step failure
  • Payment

Use the edit button next to each notification to choose which channels it goes to; changes apply immediately. A notification with no channel goes nowhere.

Notification language

In the “Notification language” card, choose the language for Slack, Teams, Telegram and email messages.

Monitoring deliveries

The “Deliveries” tab lists notifications sent in the last 7 days: time, notification, channel, status, attempts and error. Failed deliveries are retried automatically; you can also retry by hand with “Send again”. If any notification couldn't be delivered in the last 24 hours, a warning appears at the top of the page.
