Plan, credit usage and billing
Compare plans, track credit usage, change plan, payment method and cancellation.
The Plan page
Open “Plan” from the menu. The “Current plan” card at the top shows your plan and its renewal or end date. The meter below shows the credits used this month; about 100 credits make up a five-minute conversation.
Plans
- Free: 100 credits once (about 5 minutes), 1 flow, 1 member.
- Starter: 30,000 credits a month (about 1,500 minutes), 3 flows, 2 members.
- Growth: 80,000 credits a month (about 4,000 minutes), 10 flows, 5 members.
- Pro: 200,000 credits a month (about 10,000 minutes), unlimited flows and members, no branding and uploading your own avatar.
No branding: on Free, Starter and Growth a small "Powered by agenola" line appears at the bottom of the visitor screen and the browser tab title ends with "| agenola". On Pro both are removed, and if your flow has a logo it becomes the tab icon.
See the pricing page for current prices. There's no fee per conversation.
What happens when credits run out?
When your monthly credit runs out, the assistant doesn't stop at once; it keeps working on a grace allowance of 20% of your monthly credits, so no conversation is cut off midway. When the grace allowance is used up too, the assistant pauses until the next period or an upgrade. Overage is never charged.
To hear when credits run low, route the “Credit” notification to a channel on the “Alerts and notifications” page.
Changing plan and paying
- Press “Choose this plan” on the plan you want.
- Enter your card details on the secure payment page.
To change your card, see invoices or cancel, use “Manage subscription”; these are handled on the payment provider's (Stripe) page.
Only the workspace owner can change the plan. If the last payment failed, a warning appears; the service continues but you need to update your card.
If you installed through Shopify
If you installed agenola from the Shopify App Store, your plan is billed on your Shopify invoice. To change or cancel it, use “Manage plan in Shopify” to open Shopify's plan page.
