Tidio Pricing: Plans, Lyro AI Costs and What You Really Pay
Tidio pricing has two parts: a chat plan that counts the conversations your team replies to (Free, Starter from $29 a month, Growth from $59, Plus from $300, Premium on request) and the Lyro AI agent, which is billed separately per AI conversation from $39 a month for 50. Annual billing takes about 17% off both. Here is how the plans work and what a typical store pays.

What counts as a billable conversation?
Tidio bills a conversation once someone on your team replies in it or starts it proactively. Messages you never answer are not counted, and replies from Lyro or from automated Flows are not counted as agent replies either. In other words, the chat plan pays for human work; the AI is paid for separately.
How much does Lyro AI cost?
Lyro is Tidio's AI agent. A Lyro conversation is one in which the AI replies at least once. Free and Starter include 50 Lyro conversations once, to try it. After that Lyro is a monthly add-on:

What a store actually pays: examples
Most stores need both a chat plan and Lyro. Two examples on monthly billing:
- Small store: Starter ($29) plus 50 Lyro conversations ($39) comes to $68 a month, or $56.67 billed annually.
- Growing store: Growth with 250 billable conversations ($59) plus 200 Lyro conversations ($140) comes to $199 a month.
- Flows, Tidio's automation builder, is a separate add-on from $29 a month for 2,000 visitors reached.
Tidio pricing vs. agenola
The two products count differently, so compare them by what you need. Tidio charges for conversations: the ones your team replies to, plus every AI conversation. agenola is a talking AI sales assistant priced as one flat monthly fee with an allowance of conversation minutes; the AI is included and overage is never charged.

Is Tidio worth the price?
- Tidio is good value if your team answers most chats itself and you want one inbox for chat, email and social messages.
- It gets expensive when the AI handles most conversations, because every AI conversation is billed.
