Gorgias Pricing: Help Desk Plans, AI Agent Costs and Real Totals
Gorgias pricing has two parts: a help desk plan priced by the number of tickets (Starter $10 a month, Basic $60, Pro $360, Advanced $900) and AI Agent, billed per automated interaction at $1.00 on monthly contracts or $0.90 on annual ones. Each automated interaction also counts as a ticket. Here is how the plans work and what a store pays with AI switched on.

Prices below are per month. Annual billing takes about 17% off every plan except Starter, which is monthly only.

How much does Gorgias AI Agent cost?
AI Agent is available on every plan as a bundle of automated interactions. An automated interaction is a request resolved without a human agent, by AI Agent or by another automation such as Flows or Order Management. If an agent ends up replying within 72 hours, it is charged only as a ticket.
- Each automated interaction also counts as one help desk ticket.
- Gorgias states that interactions above the included allowance are billed at $1.50 each.

What a store actually pays: examples
With AI Agent switched on, Gorgias lists these totals: Starter $40 a month, Basic $90 ($77 billed annually), Pro $550 ($471) and Advanced $1,430 ($1,227). Usage above the allowances comes on top:
- Basic with AI Agent, where the AI resolves 100 conversations a month: $90, plus 70 interactions above the allowance at $1.50, comes to about $195 a month. Those 100 interactions also count toward the 300 tickets.
- Pro with AI Agent, where the AI resolves 400 conversations: $550, plus 210 interactions at $1.50, comes to about $865 a month.
- Voice and SMS are separate add-ons, priced by volume.
Gorgias pricing vs. agenola
The two do different jobs. Gorgias is a help desk: your team's inbox for email, chat and social messages, with AI that resolves tickets. agenola is a talking AI sales assistant on the storefront that hands the conversations it can't solve into Gorgias. Many stores use both. On price, Gorgias charges per ticket and per automated interaction; agenola is one flat monthly fee with an allowance of conversation minutes, and overage is never charged.
