Order lookup, cancellations and refunds
Customers can ask about their own order; if you allow it, they can also cancel it or request a refund.
How to turn it on
•Open the agenola plugin screen in WordPress.
•Tick the “Order lookup” resource: customers can see their order status and shipment tracking.
•For real cancellations and refunds, turn on the “Order cancellation and refund” resource, then choose separately which operations are allowed.
Security
An order number ALONE is not enough; the email or phone number on the order must match too. Order numbers are sequential, so without this check your order history could be read one order at a time.
Cancellations and refunds never happen without the customer's explicit confirmation. The assistant first explains what will happen (“this cannot be undone”) and acts only after the customer confirms.
By default the money is not sent back through the payment provider; only a refund record is created. You turn on the money movement with a separate checkbox.
